These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Midstack ("we", "our", "the app"), a nutrition and fitness tracking application. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Using Midstack

Use Midstack to track your own nutrition and weight. Do not abuse our APIs, scrape our food database, attempt to disrupt the service, or use it for any unlawful purpose. You are responsible for the data you enter and for any decisions you make based on it.

Accounts

You must provide a valid email address and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

Subscriptions and billing

Midstack Pro is offered as an auto-renewable subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account (or Google Play account) at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period, and your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours of the period end. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your store account settings. Prices vary by region and are shown in the app before purchase.

Refunds

Purchases made through the App Store or Google Play are processed by Apple or Google and are subject to the respective store's refund policy. If you have a billing question, contact us and we will help where we can.

Midstack provides general nutrition and fitness tracking tools and is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Consult a qualified professional before making significant changes to your diet or exercise.

Changes

We may update these terms. We will notify you of material changes before they take effect.
